New Zaurus on the Way!

Pretty jazzed about this... thanks to my awesome wife, my new Zaurus C1000 is on its way from Japan as I type this. It should be awesome... after over a year of using my Zaurus 5500 and getting some great use out of it I'm upgrading to one of the bigger clamshell PDA's.
This Zaurus has a 640x480 screen that can be viewed in either portrait or landscape mode, a built-in keyboard that is standard on all the cool Zaurus devices, a 416mhz ARM processor, 64MB of RAM, 128MB flash of which 70+ is still free (the rest is taken by the OS), a compact flash port plus an SD/MMC card, just like my 5500. It's going to get here running the Japanese version of the OS (since it's not available in the US), but it's just a few clicks and taps away from English, so I should be fine.
As soon as it's here I'll start helping out the effort to port the OpernZaurus ROM to the device, so I'd imagine by early May I should be all set. I think it might even get a kernel upgrade so it's running 2.6 instead of 2.4 which my 5500 is stuck on.
Oh yeah, I've also got my 512mb SD card and Linksys wlan compact flash card on the way. That 512mb card should be a perfect size for Arizona Diamondback games that I've captured from MLB.tv plus assorted ebooks and pictures of my family. Very cool.
More when I get it... I got an email from the folks I bought it from today and they said I might even get it tomorrow (Friday), but we'll see. If it gets here next week I'll be pretty happy... Friday and I'll be ecstatic.
