db-tree.el
I've been meaning to do this for a while, but this thread in gnu.emacs.help spurred me. Basically it's an interface to a database's structure that I've found helpful when I use sql-mode when connecting to a database (MySQL, in my case). It presents tree view of the tables and columns built using the tree-widgets package for emacs. There's some rudimentary support for actions when a column or table are clicked, I just haven't gotten around to doing anything major with them. Primarily because I'm not sure what I want to do yet, but also because I'm lazy. So here it is [db-tree.el]... I've been hacking at emacs stuff for over 10 years now but this is really the first time I've put anything I've written out to the public (save for some snippets here and there).I'm sure it's not in the best emacs style, but if anyone has any comments or suggestions, I'd appreciate hearing them. Enjoy! Fri, 01 Dec 2006
Google Spreadsheet API
Neat! Google just released their GData API for their spreadsheets app. I'd rather it be their Notebook, but the spreadsheet might be fun.
